 Our goal is your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best possible experience.

  As a small business, our passion is to produce handcrafted products from scratch with natural ingredients, so due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
 

 All sales are final, and we take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but we will be happy to replace any product damaged while in transit, or if we shipped an incorrect product to you.

 To initiate a return for a damaged item, please email us at; soothingessenceworkshop@gmail.com and provide proof of damage within 3 days of delivery including your order number, a brief description of why you are requesting a replacement and photos of damaged or incorrect items, including photos of damaged shipping boxes. We will replace the broken item(s) with the same item(s) whenever possible. If the exact item(s) are no longer available, we will issue a refund instead.
 Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages

 Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. lf approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original form of payment within 7 business days.
